Consultation
We look after Property owners and real estate agents New Zealand wide with our virtual and remote consultations.
These can be carried out through-

These 1 hour consultations will be booked for a time to suit your schedule. We email you our recommendations after your consultation along with additional resources.

On site Property Styling
We prepare your home so it is ready for Real Estate photos using your own items.
This service is booked for a two hour session ahead of your photo booking. During this time we style your rooms using your own items with the goal of creating strong marketing images of your home. $350.00
In addition to this service we can add supplementary styling items to compliment your home. This includes decor, art, small furniture items etc. Please email us with your requirements and a quote. Photo prep which includes props styling and hire for a 5 week period starts at $450.00
Each property and location in which it is being marketed is unique, therefore consultations are tailored to you, your budget and your home.
Even if you have a tight budget for preparing your home there are many ways to make your home look its best with minimal budget. Some home owners wish to invest in re-painting and lighting fixtures etc and we can help with this too.
