Q: What does my property report include?
A: We include images of your property and clear notes of all our suggestions for all interior and exterior spaces.
If we have made design suggestions such as paint colour and flooring we will also include images of these selections and where to purchase them.
We include a shopping list that is alighned with your budget and property style and includes any additional items to place into the home for styling purposes.

Q: Do I have to organise my home before you arrive?
A: It is up to the seller to do an edit before we arrive, or perhaps you have already started preparing your home for sale and need some addtional guidance. We love to see what there is available to work with within your home and will select from what you own before recommending items for your shopping list.
Q: Is travel included in your on site consultations
A: Yes travel is included in the price of all onsite bookings within the central and west Auckland suburbs. Additional travel may be added for travel outside of this area. Please feel free to email us so we can clarify this for your location.
Q: I dont have any budget to spend on updating my home, what do you suggest?
A: There are many free ways to enhance your property ready for the market. Often knowing what to remove, furnature placement and the clever use of what you already own is all that is required to elevate your property ready for your buyers. We also discuss cleaning and items to bring into the home that can be borrowed from friends and family.
